Captivating title because every bottle amazes me regardless of color, size and shape, and what I mean is an
empty bottle that I put a message and hang it in the tree.
Reading between the lines, it describes your very kind and loving heart who truly cares for this particular person who considers "The Bottle" a refuge or for whatever reason becomes a victim of this vice called Drinking.
Nicely written poem as in it rhymes and at the same time wisely presented.
