Haha, I'm flattered Lisa but being smart and being formally educated are two very different things. When you can read, you can learn. When you ask questions, you get answers. When you try to do something out of your comfort zone, whether you succeed or fail, if you pay attention you will grow. I'm pretty simple, I just keep reading, asking, trying, and paying attention.

PS I haven't done much public speaking lately but when I was in my 30s and 40s I was an active public speaker. I was asked to give leadership and goal setting workshops in my church and in a professional women's service organization. I also did some public speaking to help recruit agents from the company workforce. I actually enjoyed public speaking and got pretty good at it. I discovered I could be funny which never occurred to me before.
