Like many before me have already shared, I remember some dreams. Most of them are what I consider silly dreams. I usually don't have nightmares, though I occasionally awaken with a sense of unease, I attribute those moments to unpleasant dreams. Out of curiosity, I asked Google why you remember dreams, its AI platform rendered this answer: "You're more likely to remember certain dreams due to a combination of factors, including your stage of sleep, personality traits, and how you react to waking up. Specifically, waking up during REM sleep or immediately after a dream makes it more memorable. Additionally, individuals who are more creative, prone to daydreaming, and have a positive attitude towards dreams tend to recall them more frequently". I like that part in bold text, I think it describes most of the folks here on WdC! |
