Trump took up residence in my head so intelligent podcasts about the Resistance are key. I feel personally threatened by his policies. I also follow the Weather.

I watch Thai BL series. Just finished one, need to find another this week. I really liked reading mysteries, sci-fi-fantasy; so, if a Thai BL has mystery as a subgenre, makes social commentary (usually oblique), shows me the culture and use of language... I'm a sucker to watch it for free on youtube.

Travel videos are okay if they aren't tourist influencers; much online is just click-bait, very biased, impersonal stuff one can google.
