So, I am one of the fill-in questioners; let's get this!
2 things - one, I have no idea how to make it look purty, and two, I am Australian, so I spell and punctuate differently.
The 25th birthday celebrations are winding down. One more question along those lines. How do you first get introduced to Writing.com (or, if you're really old, Stories.com )?
Friend? Search engine? Strange message on Twitter? Reading the Tarot? However it happened, it happened.
Me? It was a strange message on Twitter. I said I was looking for a place to get short stories reviewed, review for review, so it wouldn't cost me money. Someone on Twitter told me to avoid WdC. She went off about the place, saying they told her to learn grammar and stuff like that, whereas she thought she was already a great writer. Her best friends and Twitter sycophants told her! Anyway... A site that cared about grammar? I went... and that was 2010. And despite some hiccoughs, I is still here.
