I have been a teacher and I have taught many oddly specific things. But let's pick one I have not taught:

Monsters and Cryptids of the world. In my decade-plus research into the topic for a never-ending book, I have learnt a lot about this topic!

But things I have taught? Odder ones might include: ancient European mythologies, gymnastic sports (all of them, including aerobics, cheer, acro and tramp), pro wrestling, all school subjects, how to write horror, how to write fight scenes, how to write, performance in front of an audience, movie making basics... Yeah, I'm a nerd. Deal with it.
