Well, yeah, those people listed above, but definitely customer service. I mean, sure, some customer service people are really bad at their jobs, but for the most part, people just hate on customer service agents because they don't know everything and are always understaffed - oddly enough, one agent can't handle 15 people at a time! Then again, I've never been one. Maybe they work sorcery or something, but nobody likes them.
