That reminds me of when I was a CSR for the Health Insurance Marketplace. It was all inbound calls and most of them lashed out at me because they didn't like something that they either didn't understand or had been misrepresented by a certain portion of the media.

Its sad people think it's okay to be jerks to the people who answer their calls.
