Ha, I was in Newark, NJ, closing the deal on a countertop manufacturing company that we were buying. I liked the people involved in the deal, but I dislike the area. It was so unfriendly, dirty, and gray, so anti-everything. It's no wonder this part of the country seems like a foreign nation, rather than part of America, has been that way for 25 years, and I don't see it changing. But thankfully, there's no need for me to go into the greater Newark, New York metropolitan area ever again.
Oh, see fellows... Never, I repeat never, say what you will or would have to do in your life. As I stopped for two seconds to refill my coffee cup I met my wife in the kitchen, I commented on the QOTD and my response and she (my wife) informed me that our Oct 2nd cruise leaves from Newark.... our flight arrives at 12:00 on the 1st and the ship doesn't allow us to board until noon the next day, so I now have to find something to do for 24 hours in Newark.
