Pretty much anything by Ennio Morricone. It's hard to pick just one from his epic list of works, so I'll randomly go with of the Sergio Leone westerns: The Good, The Bad And The Ugly (I sometimes wonder what these films would be like with a different score. It'd be like removing the Bernard Herrmann music from Hitchcock's work—I imagine it would wreck the whole thing.) And you were to ask me again tomorrow, I'd probably pick something different—it's not like he left us short of choice. |
