I'm gonna go out on a limb and say either of the scores for Rurouni Kenshin: the Beginning and Rurouni Kenshin: the End - mostly because of their final songs which were performed by One OK Rock (and co-written by Ed Sheeran.

(if we're talking scores for TV series - handsdown - the score for The Untamed.)
