A poem based on love-a triangular one I suppose. It portrays how love cannot distinguish between friends . In this situation it brings happiness and sorrow at the same time. By picking another person's lover will the woman achieve happiness in love? It is wrong to make other people suffer in love. But many selfish lovers don't care a fig about it.

A funny poem portraying the main character as being covered with hair from head to toe. It depicts that love is blind and cannot see any flaws in the opposite sex. There is so much hair that the partner must comb it and find out where is the important part of the body. Just like a gorilla, she /she does not need any dress.

Review of The Veteran  Open in new Window.
Review by Boz Author IconMail Icon
Rated: E | (4.0)
A goo poem portraying the image of an old veteran. A reflection in the past when he was at the peak of his career living glorious moments in the battlefield. But it seems that the younger generation ignores him and is not interested in the past. Left on his own, the veteran just sits back memorising those old days. But in fact he should be considered as a cultural heritage

A romantic poem painting the feelings of a lover who looks to have been abandoned by the other partner. At the beginning he she has entire trust in the person. Love is blind so it can't see any flaws in the partner. However, when the lover realises that the fellow is abusing of this weakness then he/ she calculates the importance of wasted tears. A new style of poem writing. Very concise and straightforward. Review of #yolo  Open in new Window.
Review by Boz Author IconMail Icon
Rated: E | (4.0)
A short poem about life. It is a unique opportunity. So, it has to be lived fully. Be happy and enjoy every single moment seems to be the message. But like a coin it has also its reverse side. Here the poet exhorts the reader to disregard trivial matters and to avail oneself of opportunities in life. Let good things outweigh wicked ones.

Review of Two Little Leaves  Open in new Window.
Review by Boz Author IconMail Icon
Rated: E | (3.5)
Interesting poem describing the itinerary of two leaves. Although they must fall they do not want to part from one another. But how can they control the forces of nature? When the wind blows each one goes its own way. One finishes its journey in the bin while the other one is luckier. It ends up in Sam's book. It gives the reader a perception about life. Everyone must live the world alone.

Review of One American  Open in new Window.
Review by Boz Author IconMail Icon
Rated: E | (4.0)
A great poem recognising the values of the American soldiers and their contributions in the liberation of the US. Indeed it requires much sacrifice on the part of the family. They must be considered as true patriots who fight for the nation. Many of them have lost their lives on the battlefield to protect Americans. They deserve a big salute.

Review of Lucid Reality  Open in new Window.
Review by Boz Author IconMail Icon
Rated: E | (4.0)
A poem painting the realities of life. It gives the reader food for thought on several matters concerning the daily principles of living. It's true that humanity cannot change these established norms but they are important for the good functioning of the society. One must adapt or perish. Life is not a bed of roses.. The title should have been the harsh realities of life.

An interesting guided tour in the farm explaining the various products exposed to the public. It makes the visitor discover the multiple varieties of jams and sauces. But be careful only a few of them are allowed as samples. The farm offers a wide rage of edible foods to be tasted by the onlooker. The only drawback is that some of the jellies and jams are injurious to health.

Rated: 13+ | (4.0)
A long winding poem related by the writer about the experiences he witnessed in another world. It depicts a world of sensationalism and horror at the same time. It consists of contradictory lines with contrary connotations. Indeed it is awkward to distinguish whether it is a good or bad world. The writer leaves this to the opinion of the reader.

Review of Crossing the line  Open in new Window.
Review by Boz Author IconMail Icon
Rated: 13+ | (4.0)
A poem referring to the invisible world. But what happens after death? It is still a mystery. In the unseen world no one has got the opportunity to return and tell how is it. The place may be dark, void and scary. Life ends in this world and starts in the unseen one. Is there a line of demarcation between the two worlds?

A long poem based on love in all its aspects. There is an endless description of these feelings. Love comes as a leitmotiv in the poem In almost every line the reader comes across the central theme. It seems that the author is deeply amorous. Much emphasis is also laid on physical love.. However., it does not appear to be pure love with the connotation of gay/ lesbian

Review of The Waters Fire  Open in new Window.

A romantic poem illustrating the manifestations of merriness in love. Everything seems to be so good but not everlasting. In love one does not differentiate between right and wrong. Love is the sole master of the situation. The poem is dedicated to a person who appears to be not reacting and indifferent.

A good poem delving into memories of all types. Sometimes they make us feel happy and sometimes sad. It reminds us of the time spent together in the company of somebody who no longer exists. But both good and bad memories shape our lives. Only one funeral can torment the mind even if there are four weddings.

How far is this true? Although the probability of an accident is high it does not mean that the passenger should wear soiled clothes. The priority in an accident is life saving.. Who will care about the attire?. With careful driving accidents can be prevented.

A realistic poem painting the behaviour of parents before their children. Of course, they tend to copy the elders. Here, the parents are destroying the future of the children. Instead of being role models they are misleading the tots. A good and decent upbringing will obviously reflect the characters of parents in the young ones. If the kids are not well guided the parents are to be blamed because they have dismissed from their responsibilities
