Hello Paul , I came across this item, while I was searching for something of interest to read in the read and review pages of writing.com.
I thought that the title of this piece was very appropriate for the item.
I thought that the item description was very helpful for the reader of the item.
I felt that the following should say :

“I like the smell and taste. When you tore open that rabbit it stank, but I was polite enough to not say anything.”

I am not at all sure but should it read "stank" or "stunk".
This is a well written piece of literature and I really enjoyed reading it and reviewing it for you.

This has to be the strangest item I have ever tried to read. It really makes no sense what so ever. There is only one line and no punctuation. What does it all mean? The title is intriguing. I can't say if it is appropriate for the item or not because the item is practically non existent. You made a mistake in the item description it should read "you follow the life of a man who..." not how makes.

I so much enjoyed reading your writing, this poem was so wonderful. "Knots of Wire", is a wonderful title for this piece of writing. It is very appropriate.
The item description is helpful to the reader as it tells about why you wrote the poem, why it was inspired by the phrase. This is a poem about a person of strength and I think that is a beautiful tribute to your friend. my favorite part of your poem was the stanza that says the following:


She is the most wonderful mess I have ever seen
She is wild and free, can't be held down ever again
She's the badass girl you'd see on the screen
She is the best knots of wire I've ever met, amen

I liked this part because it shows the spirit of our friend. and it seems to me that she has a great spirit.

I loved it The title is beautifully named and very appropriate for the writing. I really did enjoy reading your work. I watched on, in crisp curiousity,

as your arms wrapped around yourself,

hugging,

as though attempting

against all odds, not to warm a shivering body

but to vainly hold everything in.

I like the above because it has a lot of poetic devices used in it.
I note alliteration a bit. I note in line one that curiosity is misspelled.

I think that your handle is "coal" is very interesting... Do you mean coal like that is mined underground? Just asking because my brother-n-law is a coal miner.

I love the beautiful dog that graces your portfolio image. This is a wonderfully written piece of literature. I think you did an outstanding job creating this unique piece of writing. I just love it. It really does profess love of a young couple. I think you really did use some wonderful word choices,
my favorite part of your piece is the following:


Remember a night on the highway
That whispered, "Your place is here,"
While the trees and the grass slipped away
At the bittersweet end of the year.

I think that by saying "that whispered ...." really made this a wonderful piece of writing. I can hear in my head a young person's voice whispering "your place is here". You really have great analogies.

I thought that this is a unique subject for which to write a poem about. The place where you have a place of residence, the street. I suppose Silman is the name of the street in which you live. I have never heard that name before it is very different. I thought that the title of your poem is very appropriate for the item, as it is the name of it. I also thought that the item description is very helpful as it tells what the whole poem is about, it is helpful to the reader. You did a very good job writing about the street where you live.
I know my own street is a good one to write about as it is called Station Lane.
I have only lived here a short while so it would be fun to write about.

I just really love the way that you have dedicated practically all of your portfolio to The Lord Jesus Christ and God His Father in Heaven. I chose to read a senryu called "Breathe", I thought that it was well put together and that it really made a lot of sense. I too am a devout Christian and I do so love God and Accept Jesus as my Savior. I too believe that God is the Ultimate High. Which is the whole purpose of your poem. This is your second anniversary as you have been a valuable member of writing.com since June 4, 2017. You only just had the one poem written in your portfolio, you need to step it up a notch and communicate with some more beautiful writings like this one. "Love At First Site!!" Is an intelligently written little piece of poetry conveying your love for someone you saw at first sight. I know the feeling as I fell in love with my husband and it was certainly lov3e at first sight and that was way back in 1982 when I was a freshman in high school. We got married in 1986 and are still going strong today in 2019. I'm happy to say that those love at first sight meetings can really work out for you or at least it did for me.

This is your fifth anniversary at writing.com for today is the fourth of June. We are so very glad to have you as a member with us here. I found this item draft in your portfolio and thought I would review it for you for your anniversary gift. I believe Amnesia is the title and it is appropriate for this item if it is. I think that you did a great job with the item description as it tells us about the girls struggle with amnesia, which is a helpful description of you8r story for the reader. I believe that your writing is very well done an d that you show real promise. I did see a mistake which needs to be changed if you will look at the following:


"Everything's changed. I don't remember any of this..." she trailed off as the man finally reached her and let out a sigh. He sat on one knee and rested a hand on her shoulder, hoping this little act of caring would easy her pain.

if you would look at the last few words of this sentence you will see that you wrote (easy) for (ease). There is just a quick fix for this so don't be alarmed.

This is your sixth anniversary as It is June 4, and you have been a member since 2013. That is quite the milestone, so congratulations. The title is very appropriate for this particular poem. I thought that the item description was extremely helpful for the reader of this poem as it tells all about the poem.
I thought that you did a very lovely job making your feelings known to the girl. You really put your heart into this poem and I really liked that about it.
I love when a person really shows their emotions when they write something. Especially if it is a romantic piece. My favorite part of the poem was a repeat...


And so I wake up every day
with a million things I want to say
now these words they are lost
These words at a very big cost.

I see that you have been a member of writing.com since June 4 2012, which is about seven years, that is the same number of years that I too have been a member of writing.com. You are a valued member and we are glad to have you. I saw this little poem in your portfolio and I thought I would give it a look see. "Home again" is a great title and it is also very appropriate for this particular poem. I also think that you did a good job writing a good description of the poem in the item description location, that is always very helpful to the reader. I know that this is a poem about home, but I had a little bit of a hard time with what you meant with the poem.

Hello JDMac , I'd like to wish you a very happy account anniversary this lovely afternoon, I do so hope that you are having a blessed day today. June 4, is your anniversary and you have been a member of writing.com since 2008, that is about eleven years, a real great milestone.
I chose this poem "Bees" to read as it is summer and I am really bothered with those giant bumble bees. They are really bothering me, they are drilling holes all the way deep into my front porch, leaving sawdust behind to make me sneeze.
Your poem is very sweet and I really enjoyed reading it. It rhymes so well and the rhythm is just perfect I thought. The title is appropriate for the item I believe. and the item description is also very helpful to the reader. You created a wonderful little tale of bees my favorite lines are the following:




The birds drifted past,
preparing for the night,
and a silent, stalking feline
watched them in their flight.

there are twelve stanzas and they are so well put together.

I thought that you did a great job creating it. Lyrics are not easy to write, but you did an amazing job communicating your feelings in a song. This was for your sister, and it is because she found her way home to you. I thought that the song flowed well and the chorus was particularly nice. The title of your song is appropriate for the piece, and I think also that the item description is helpful to the reader.
my favorite verse of the song is the following:

I can’t see what’s ahead; can’t remember where I’ve been -
But know there’s plenty of places along the way I stopped in...
There is a house of empty spaces I could call my own,

Hello brom21 , I came across this item while I was searching for something to read on the read and review pages of writing.com. I so much loved this item it is so beautiful. I think that the title is appropriate and is so beautiful. I love God and all that He has created in our world. Hello Cappucine , I came across this alarming poem, which was just heartbreaking for your son. I thought the title was perfect for the item and it is appropriate, I also thought that the item description was helpful to the reader of the poem. From my understanding of the poem, I take it that the doctor made a mistake with the forceps and cut your baby boy in the face with them. This is so unfortunate, did you sue the hospital or the doctor for making the mistake?
