Review of Life  Open in new Window.
Review by MDuci Author IconMail Icon

Hello there Closetpoet,

This is certainly a very sad story of a little

girl lost, when a parent abandons the family.

She believes that the fault is all hers for sure

it is not. It is not anything to do with the young

girl. Her parents can no longer get along and perhaps

it's the best thing for them, and of course the child

always has to suffer for the love that these two

people no longer feel. She, is doing the right thing

by getting it out of her system and sharing her pain

with others, who can and will have a tender heart and

a strong shoulder. Welcome to Writing.Com and I look

forward to visiting your port again.

Sincerely
Marlena

Hello milkey4Madness,

What a little cutie! This is one to put music too.

I love the roll playing within each verse and you

was wonderful, and not one error could I find.

Hello GypsyPixie,

This does seem to be a very dark dwelling place
in deed.

I hope that you have or will find your way clear
of it shortly, and brush it from your mind, body, and soul.

Nothing is worth the pain of living in this particular
vain, this is not life nor death! But something very
close to what may be hell.

Thank you for sharing this piece with us and welcome
to Writing.Com.

Dear Brittany,

I'm sure he must weep for all those that have lost
their lives and for the pain that our families must
endure for the sake of war or for that matter any war.

Gang wars, neighbor against neighbor war, parent against child, child against parent.

We all at one time in our lives have asked; 'why me' and the answer is still,'why not' after all didn't he give his only Son, so that we might live?

He also gave man! A free will, so, doesn't it seem to be man's inhumanity towards his fellow man, and his greed that is behind the earth's trouble and not God' who tore them apart?

But of course that is just my opinion on the subject, and I will always say to each his own.

Thank you for sharing your side and your poetry.
Hope you are enjoying Writing.Com and keep writing.

Dear Barbie,

I can't tell you how much I appreciate this article

with regard to Bio-blocks. I think like you, that it

was intended to allow a little feedback into the

person that you are giving some time and energy to

reviewing his/her work and the least they can do is

let you know that they really do exist. Thank you

so much for sharing this with us and for all those

that don't care to share their bio, it is okay, but

inquiring minds would like to know a little about you! *Smile*

Hello M Erickson,

I could feel the apology coming from the bottom

of your heart; and I hope that she found it in her

heart to forgive and forget the hurt it must have

caused.

You did a beautiful job of writing to say I'm sorry,

the visual was so real and very clear to see.

Thank you for sharing, and welcome to Writing.Com.

Dear Tazz871,

There is so much more to this story, as I'm sure

you know. It is the story of a Nation left in ruins

from disease and destruction and shut away to live

in isolation and betrayal.

Your description is visual

but there is so much more you could add. I hope that

you will add on to this story as time goes on.

Hello Woeland,

This was a bit of enchantment to be sure!

funny how we can see things on a page when

the author paints a wonderful picture. You

carried this one right to a perfect five from

me. I love enchanting fay stories. I only had

a wee bit of a problem with these little lines:

'Pallid meadows of white heather
As a solace in distress.
Fairy floating like a feather
To its' final resting place.'

But all else held me captive.

Hello Puckit33,

I can remember all these wars, and the loss of our

love one’s on both sides of the fence. I can

speculate on all the reason’s for waring but none

seem more important then a parent, wife, or child’s

pain.

My heart and love goes out to all our young men, and

women who have lost their life or come home lame. I

wish I could change the world for them or take there

place, but my solace in all this is that someday the

world may be a better place. Thank you so much for

sharing and welcome to Writing.Com.

Dear Coco,

I truly can relate to this piece, I remember how I hated to have to go to bed at night. Away from the
protection of my parents, who kept me close by day,
but then sent me alone to bed at night. I felt so lost when they kissed me and said, "Good-night, sweet dreams."
Then closed my bedroom door, that is when life became your
poem and that is scary for a little child of three.

Thank you so very much for sharing and keep writing you're awesome.

This is truly beautiful Coco, written from the heart
which knows the season has come for change.

When a love leaves, it is not because they no longer love, but because the lesson they came to learn has been completed.

When true love arrives it will drink of the same cup,
and love with all its might until the final curtain of
that life.

There will always be tears, for without tears we cannot clear the cobwebs that entangle the mind, body and soul.

Thank you for sharing this lovely piece and I look forward to continuing your port raid.

Hi Coco,

This is my kind of writing, and I love reading about
love in its longest or shortest form.

The mere rush of wind, tells me something is about to happen; and I can see the visual, oh, so very clear.

The word to drown, tells me that you are engulfed by
the very presence of the person in your life.

I love it, every single line of it. Keep up the great work my dear friend.

Review of Voiceless  Open in new Window.

Hi Coco,

Just stopping by to unload some Christmas cheer and
give your port a bit of my time and love from my *Heart*.

I found the story of 'Voiceless' very well written
and she so touched my heart. I felt the fear that
she must have experienced when she lost her voice.

But that old saying how curiosity killed the cat was
the moral of this story. Never look in old box’s.
I truly hope this is not the end of this story…there
seems so much more to tell. Thank you so much for
sharing and I look forward to reading more.

Hello Anita Thomas,

Your article on what is a kiss I found very

interesting merely from the stand point that

there are many different feelings associated

with a kiss. The ones you speak of in your article

in relationship to Judas kissing Jesus, which could

have been called the kiss of death by some. The kiss

between consenting adults, of love and deep devotion,

as well, as passion. A kiss between a child and its

parents that of love and respect, which also speaks

well for family and friends. I think what it all

boils down too, is that there is a kinship that

people feel towards one another and this is the main

reason for the kiss. Thank you for sharing and welcome

to Writing.Com.

Hello Mr Patient,

What a splendid piece of Prose, and aptly so. You've

given us a lovely visual of the woman's loveliness

right down to the wonderful aroma of her exotic

perfume. I love your way of questioning yourself

on the why and wherefores of this possible in your

vivid imagination does it take place or could it be

a possibility that she may feel the same way too.

Thank you for sharing and welcome to Writing.Com.

Hello Bayden,

You've painted me a wonderful picture of how time

does go at such a fast pace and rate.

It seems the clock never moved during the week when

one had school, or work. Only on Saturday and Sunday

then time would race like gone with the wind.

It never seemed to move between the ages of ten to

twenty-one, but from the day you turned twenty-one it

seemed every other week you were having a birthday.

Thank you for this race against time and a very nice

piece.

Hello Karen,

Thank you for this lovely piece, sometimes we do need

a little reminding of who we are and who He is!

When ever I hear family or friends say they need more

faith my advice to them should they ask, is just to

love like it's the last day to love, give like you've

never given before, and live like there is no

tomorrow. I try to stay in that particular Walk of

Faith. Thank you for sharing and welcome to Writing.

Hello Epiphany,

Sometimes we have the best time basking in the wonderful memories of yesterday, yesteryear, or
anytime.

I look forward to being able to live in
the freshness of the moment spent with a love one
or dear friend's. Better yet is to catch them on
film or journals to be remembered when the memory begins to fade *Smile*. Thank you for sharing and welcome

Hello Greywolf,

I like how you've described this storm, I've seen a few like this. I love the rain and some milder storms
but those real strong ones can be quite concerning. I too love it when they pass, but worry for other places and cities where they may not be as secure.
