I'm sure he must weep for all those that have lost
their lives and for the pain that our families must
endure for the sake of war or for that matter any war.
Gang wars, neighbor against neighbor war, parent against child, child against parent.
We all at one time in our lives have asked; 'why me' and the answer is still,'why not' after all didn't he give his only Son, so that we might live?
He also gave man! A free will, so, doesn't it seem to be man's inhumanity towards his fellow man, and his greed that is behind the earth's trouble and not God' who tore them apart?
But of course that is just my opinion on the subject, and I will always say to each his own.
Thank you for sharing your side and your poetry.
Hope you are enjoying Writing.Com and keep writing.

I truly can relate to this piece, I remember how I hated to have to go to bed at night. Away from the
protection of my parents, who kept me close by day,
but then sent me alone to bed at night. I felt so lost when they kissed me and said, "Good-night, sweet dreams."
Then closed my bedroom door, that is when life became your
poem and that is scary for a little child of three.
Thank you so very much for sharing and keep writing you're awesome.
Just stopping by to unload some Christmas cheer and
give your port a bit of my time and love from my .
I found the story of 'Voiceless' very well written
and she so touched my heart. I felt the fear that
she must have experienced when she lost her voice.
But that old saying how curiosity killed the cat was
the moral of this story. Never look in old box’s.
I truly hope this is not the end of this story…there
seems so much more to tell. Thank you so much for
sharing and I look forward to reading more.
Sometimes we have the best time basking in the wonderful memories of yesterday, yesteryear, or
anytime.
I look forward to being able to live in
the freshness of the moment spent with a love one
or dear friend's. Better yet is to catch them on
film or journals to be remembered when the memory begins to fade . Thank you for sharing and welcome

I like how you've described this storm, I've seen a few like this. I love the rain and some milder storms
but those real strong ones can be quite concerning. I too love it when they pass, but worry for other places and cities where they may not be as secure.
Thank you so much for sharing and welcome to Writing.Com.
