My Thoughts: This is a lovely love poem showing someone bring out the best in a person.

My Favorite Part: My favorite part is the relationship leading up to a marriage based on helping someone to recover from past pain.

My Suggestions: I wondered how this recovery happened. I wondered what things the couple enjoyed doing together to get to know each other well enough to want to marry.

My Thoughts: This is an interesting look at arranged marriages. It feels odd for the government to be involved.

My Favorite Part: My favorite part is that these two kids are so young, so they show off their maturity levels.

My Suggestions: I would like it if there was more information as to why the government is arranging marriages. I'm not used to this forced marriage concept as it is laid out in this story.

My Thoughts: This is an interesting look at one way to reach out for help.

My Favorite Part: My favorite part was finding out how the phone call happened afterwards.

My Suggestions: It would be nice if there were blank lines between paragraphs. The second half of the story felt like it should be broken up into more paragraphs.

My Thoughts: This is an intetesting real life story about life with livestock.

My Favorite Part: My favorite part was getting the forgotten calf to the other mother so it would be cared for.

My Thoughts: This is a poem filled with battle and struggle and strife.

My Favorite Part: My favorite part is the freedom trying so hard to break through the shackles. It feels like freedom is equated with creativity, since it is freedom of the mind that is yearned for. I think of a free mind as a creative mind.

My Suggestions: I wish it ended with the start of the battle being won, but it might just be an ongoing battle that doesn't ever get won.

Use of prompt: The prompt was well used as this girl did not look as she seemed and the guy picking her up didn't end up being much of a help.

Overall impression: This was quite a thriller and shows there is danger for both parties when dealing with hitch hikers.

Favorite part: My favorite part was the girl changing into a creature capable of taking care of herself. That was a great part of the story.

Use of prompt: This is definately a hexed town. The prompt was well used.

Overall impression: This is a bit of a horror and gore movie, including the blood and guts and all.

Favorite part: My favorite part was that the visitor wanted to help fix the situation. That was what he should have tried to do.

My Thoughts: My thoughts are that this is a nice description of autumn. You're using very colorful language in this piece.

My Favorite Part: My favorite part is the birds in the ending portion. It was noce to add that part to the description, so it wasn't only abput the trees and leaves.

My Thoughts: What a cute story about our possible future and kids still being kids.

My Favorite Part: My favorite part was Miranda saying her mom was the best mom. That was great for the teacher to hear she wasn't as bad with kids as she thought.

My Suggestions: I know it's short for the contest, but I wanted a little more story. I guess it feels like you set up an entire novel with this new world to explore with a totally different way of handling illness.
